The position of Supply Chain Analyst is of recent origin in India. Today we find most of the supply chain analyst positions in automotive companies, consulting firms and eCommerce companies. There are two types of supply chain analyst positions. First type, the supply chain analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain. RoHS stands for Restriction of Hazardous Substances

RoHS, also known as Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the European Union on 2002 and restricts the use of six hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. All applicable products in the EU market since July 1, 2006 must pass RoHS compliance.

WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
