The objective of this board is to advise IISCM team on promoting SCM Best Practices in Corporate, Government and Academic sectors in India. IISCM Leadership Team will meet with the Advisory Board in small or large groups. These meetings may be face-to-face or video conference upon the convenience of the members. Mr. Ajaya Babu Chaparala

Ajaya Babu Chaparala is Supply Chain Management Professional and currently working as Head –Outsourcing with Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He has 30+ Years of experience in SCM and handled multimillion dollar Procurement transactions with domestic and international vendors operated from India and Middle East.

He has vast experience in EPC procurement services to projects of Civil, Mechanical, Power Transmission & Distribution, Oil and Gas with exposure to Capital equipment, Construction materials, Equipment supplies, Bulk Materials, Package systems and Outsourcing services.

Mr. Gurunathan Mariayyah

Gurunathan Mariayyah is currently Program Coordinator at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), He was 20+ years Experienced on Supply chain management, Manufacturing and Production Management. More specifically on Chassis Assembly, Engine Final dressing, Front axle assembly, PDI, Pipe section. Experience gained on domains – Welding from Pipe section, Assembly operations from major Assemblies and Quality Management from overall functions.

As a Corporate Trainer, handled training sessions for working professionals (middle level Managers) on Supply chain Management, Manufacturing, Spare parts Management, Inventory, Stores/Warehouse Management, Procurement etc.,

Mr. Mohammad Asif Naseer MCIPS, CCMAP

Mohammad Asif Naseer is currently working as Procurement Manager with IBI Chematur Engineering Consultancy, Mumbai with 12+ years of industry experience in EPC companies in India and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

He hold Chartered MCIPS status after completion of Level-6 Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply from CIPS-UK with an overall merit grade. He also awarded Contract and Commercial Management Advanced Practitioner status from IACCM (a leading professional body from USA) by completing their program requirements. Also, He has appeared in IELTS exam last year with an overall score of 7.5 out of maximum 9.

Ramandeep Singh is currently working in Valvoline Inc. Head - Sales & Operations Planning, Asia, Middle East & Africa, He was Experienced and proven Supply Chain professional with a strong background in Supply & Demand Planning, Inventory Control and S&OP Management.
- Fully acquainted with Oracle, SAP, MS office with advance Excel, KPI Dashboards and other Business applications.
- Sound academics with top rank in Engineering and Gold Medal in MBA in Operations.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA with over 28 years of experience in Consulting, Business Plan, Business Strategy, Standard Operating Procedure, Business Analysis, New Product Development, Supply Chain Management and Process Improvement.
Mr. Narayanan is a former member of Indian Civil Services [IRAS 2000 Batch] and served at Indian Railways, Larsen & Toubro – ECC, Siemens (USA), Euro-Pro LLC (USA) and Latex International (USA) prior to joining Fhyzics.
