IISCM is creating a pre-screened pool of Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals to support our clients’ supply chain needs in junior, mid and senior-level positions. The pre-screened SCM professionals will be listed in IISCM website and are available for the recruitment of our clients.

We are looking for Supply Chain Management (SCM) professionals who have more than 2 years and up to 25 years of experience in SCM having expertise in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Procurement; Vendor Selection & Development; Supply Chain Design; Network Planning; Manufacturing; Demand Planning; Inventory Management; S&OP; Warehousing; Transportation; Logistics; Distribution; Customer Relationship Management; and Reverse Logistics.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a graduate. Masters degree is a plus
2. APICS Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM and CLTD is a plus
3. Excellent communication in English and the regional language
4. Excellent computer knowledge and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.
Salary: 20,000 + Incentive.

Job Description:

  • A thorough understanding of all the certification bodies, certifications and EDPs offered by Fhyzics.
  • Excellent communication in English/Tamil and a commanding language. Proficiency in Hindi preferred.
  • Must act on the enquiries within 10 minutes from the receipt of enquiry.
  • Must maintain all the details discussed with the prospect/customer shall be maintained in HubSpot.
  • The CC shall address both inbound and outbound Certification and EDP calls as per the established certification scripts.
  • Each CC shall undergo a two-hours training every month on Certifications and EDPs.
