Executive Development Programs

IISCM’s Executive Development Programs are specifically designed to impart a sound understanding in the supply chain concepts and to positively impact the functioning of your supply chain. The length of these EDP’s range between one and three days and are typically conducted at the client facility. The teaching methodology is composed of classroom presentation, case studies, simulation games and role plays. EDP Pedagogy

IISCM’s Executive Development Programs are designed by a panel of supply chain professionals with extensive experience in supply chain consulting and training. The EDPs are delivered between one and three days based on the nature of the topic.

 

The training uses a judicious mix of classroom teaching with the aid of PPT, case studies, quizzes and role plays. IISCM partnered with Harvard Business Publishing Education and it is recommended to use the course packs to take full advantage of the program.
